    He has total recall of every play he’s ever called.

    Plus, LaFleur mentioned that McVay would know the details of a play he saw another team run years ago well enough to install it by memory…

    My thought about that is that…it’s an advantage.

    And he is the coach of the Rams, so the advantage is theirs.

    And I think – all things considered – this is a good thing.
