I have the great honor to announce that I’ve picked @KamalaHarris — a fearless fighter for the little guy, and one of the country’s finest public servants — as my running mate.

Shrug.
Cori Bush. Now THERE is a decent human being. Such a great story. And ‘that’ is the teeny-tiny hope. We can hope there will be more and more Cori Bushes. A fool’s hope.

vWe have never in our entire lives seen so many progressive candidates.
The fools hope they don’t keep coming.

Kamala Harris is a radical liberal who would raise taxes, take away guns & health insurance, and explode the size and power of the federal gov’t. She wants to recreate America in the image of what’s happening on the streets of Portland & Seattle. We won’t give her the chance.August 12, 2020 at 8:57 am #119167wvParticipantAugust 12, 2020 at 8:58 am #119168wvParticipantAugust 12, 2020 at 9:14 am #119173wvParticipantAugust 12, 2020 at 9:37 am #119176wvParticipantAugust 12, 2020 at 9:50 am #119177wvParticipantAugust 12, 2020 at 3:26 pm #119189MackeyserModeratorIn the most cynical way, this makes perfect sense.
The Dems are signaling to the donor base that they won’t harm any parasitic industries like private prisons, insurance or healthcare companies, by, ya know… being fucking human.
The Dems have devolved from “the lesser of two evils” to straight out “pick your poison”.
If I’m gonna be poisoned, anyway, I’d rather just focus on a legit left party.

Apparently you see little, if any, difference between Trump and Biden. I’m always left speechless when I hear that. Thankfully, there are plenty of leftist, progressive, Sanders supporters who genuinely believe Trump is the most dangerous President this country has ever seen. And will vote accordingly.

Karine Jean-Pierre Named As Chief Of Staff to Kamala Harris
BY Tara Dublin August 12, 2020When future generations look back at 2020, one of the few highlights will be August 11th, the day two black women made political history. Kamala Harris was named by Joe Biden as his running mate, and it was announced that her Chief of Staff will be campaign organizer and commentator Karine Jean-Pierre, making her the first black woman to hold the position. Harris’s nomination is also significant as a graduate of Howard University, making her the first nominee to have been educated at an HBCU (Historical Black Colleges and Universities) where she was a member of the prestigious Alpha Kappa Alpha, the oldest black sorority in the country.
Jean-Pierre, who famously defended Harris when a protester rushed the stage during a MoveOn event and took the microphone from the then-Presidential candidate, was actually revealed as a member of the new team even before Harris was announced. She quote-tweeted an announcement from Mike Memoli, cheekily adding the “ambitious” as GOP criticisms of Harris have already begun to roll in.
Karine “ambitious” Jean-Pierre is incredibly proud to be working to elect the Biden/Harris ticket. Let’s go!! https://t.co/Y3rNNz6qJG

During Barack Obama’s first term, she served as the regional political director for the White House Office of Political Affairs. Jean-Pierre served as the deputy campaign manager for Martin O’Malley’s brief Presidential run. She has also been a frequent contributor on MSNBC.
