All of the above and then some. We’ve reached a point, imo, where the Rams need to sling a lot of shit, and money, on the wall, and see what sticks.

Keenum and Foles is not the way to start the season. We’ve seen that show. It ends at 7-9.

I think the Rams probably won’t draft a QB in round one. Cause I figure Wentz and Goff to be gone and I think they might be the only 2 drafted in round one.

To be honest, I think they do better than 7-9 if Keenum played all year. He’s clearly not a franchise qb type, but, he has enough I think for them to win more often than not, provided they have a top defense and a running game.

I don’t disagree with that, but this defense is pretty good, and could be one of the best. Unfortunately, the offense is the defense’s biggest problem.

Keenum, imo, is at best “serviceable”. But man that’s a low bar.

We don’t need a pro bowl QB. We barely need a good QB. Just a decent one would take this team to the next level.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how the Rams can get one.

I think they will either draft one in the first two rounds,
or they will sign a Free Agent, like Osweiler, etc.

I doubt they do both, cause they have other needs
and there just aint a lot of good options out there at QB.
I mean this aint like the halcyon days when
they could just go out and get a TJ Rubley or Jamie Martin.

ya know. spending their draft capital on defense and it’s supposed to be a defensive draft. not a bad idea. and then a guy like keenum to just do enough to keep defenses from locking in on gurley. not a bad idea.

just so many blue chip defensive players this draft. make the defense an even bigger strength. make it a top 5 defense.

    I agree.

The upside to being a Rams fan is heartbreak.

I hope they do both – sign one or trade foles for any other QB and a bag of cookies and a six pack of schlitz and then draft one too.
