    We argue the finer points, the intricate nuances, the way the games are played among ourselves on this Rams forum. We have some heated discussions and some nasty discussions. That’s because we are all different despite all being Ram fans. So my question is concerning your friends, your buddies, other football fans who know you are a Ram fan or people/football fans who learn for the first time you are a Ram fan. How do they view the current Rams team/defense?

    Personally, I know a lot of Eagle fans, Dallas fans, a few Giant fans, a Denver fan and a Steeler fan. They all….to a man….believe the Rams are a tough team. A team that if they were on their schedule now or in the near future they’d count as a “tough game” and not a “W”. Are we too close to the forest to see the trees?

    I don’t watch TV, so I don’t know what people are saying in the media. But the Rams beat Denver, and squashed Oakland and Washington. I would think that even the Big Picture types who follow the league generally would notice that, or have their attention drawn to it by their staff, and talk about it on their shows.

    I dont care about other teams’ fans;
    I’m just waiting for RFL
    to become optimistic.

    I have a buddy that has press passes to cover all bay area teams.

    we talk at the water cooler almost everyday about local sports especially football.

    1) he told me that Shawn Hill should have been starting sooner, but understands why Fisher didn’t replace Davis sooner at QB.. when Hill was with SF, his knock was he performed poorly in practice, but played better in games especially in the h4th qtr… except in San Diego!!!!

    2) he loves the Ram defense, he told me “the RAMS are the best team in the NFC west right now” I guess we’ll see tonight against AZ>

    also, several of my SF and Raider fan buddies, that I can sometimes rationalize with also love the RAM D… some of these guys have them as their fantasy defense….

    It’s funny, sometimes i’m to blame when the RAMS suck for their fantasy team…….. “Your fucking RAMS jacked me up this week Joe!” but that hasn’t been the case lately…

    BTW, not much love for Kapernick these days……..they’re getting sick of him real fast.

    He’s talented but Kaep is imploding it seems. He’s showing he’s somewhat immature in his interview segments. Plus, he doesn’t appear to be the brightest light in the string.
