znModerator🚨🚨Part 1 of 2-The @RamsNFL continue to make everything look the same-it’s not bad defense-it’s great design and marriage of formation and play! #MNF #ChiefsVsRams @LATimesfarmer @VinnyBonsignore @KamBrothers @ESPNLosAngeles @LATimesklein @VeniceMase pic.twitter.com/XIvm0ncgWR

znModerator#Chiefs–#Rams — QB Jared Goff vs. 1 Robber coverage. Eyes on the “robber” safety through the drop. That opens the window to target WR Brandin Cooks. @NFLMatchup pic.twitter.com/6sUmjgeZkJ

znModeratorThe call by @JB_Long of @AaronDonald97 making a ridiculous play to strip @PatrickMahomes5 of the ball & return the fumble for a touchdown is an instant classic. The call is reminiscent of the great Keith Jackson! @ESPNLosAngeles @RamsNFL @nfl @espn pic.twitter.com/wppt7DtUwa

I’m just gonna be tweeting clips from the Chiefs-Rams game all week, if you don’t mind.==
Travis Kelce’s blocking cost the Chiefs. Here, on the third-and-goal speed option at the one-yard line, Kelce can’t get close to John Johnson, who makes the play and forces the Chiefs to kick a field goal. (1/2) pic.twitter.com/1LaaHJPeOX

fake jet sweep -> fake handoff to Hunt -> fake the end-around -> screen with three blockers to block three Rams. TD. pic.twitter.com/snJPLKxTvW

znModeratorGoff does a beautiful job of anticipating Cooks coming out of his break here, and he has to be careful about not sailing this dig route, but the throw hits Cooks in the shoelaces. pic.twitter.com/5CyjQOmlJ4

znModeratorThe second one will make for a painful film review. Donald gets an incredible jump and beats Erving immediately. Mahomes has no chance by the time he finishes the playfake. Even worse, Erving tries to grab-and-go with the fumble and can’t handle it, with the Rams recovering. pic.twitter.com/jW904gzIgm

from the 22 – GOFF TO EVERETT
looks like the key to this play was manipulating #38, parker / left safety… parker sets up deep in cover-2 but tilts his hand a bit early as he starts to creep in, he’s watching cooks in the left slot, but then backs off because of the long count… but at the snap of ball he comes in to help with cooks and that’s all goff needed to see:

HerzogParticipantScary part of this is… I think those passes to the tight ends will always be there.
