A lot of this is just from off the net, uncited because I just use multiple bits from a variety of sources. The “lifted” stuff is bolded.

Jon Runyan, 6′-7″, 330 lbs. Drafted by the Oilers in round 4 of the 1996 draft. In 2000 he signed with the Eagles.
This is Kevin Carter from 1999, from before the superbowl. He describes what he expects to see going up against Runyan:
Kevin Carter, the 1999 Defensive Player of the Year while playing for the Rams, has the utmost respect for Runyan….”He is a formidable opponent because of the amount of strength that he has. He is so much of a `man’ to get around. He is a tall guy who has long arms and is very aggressive. He has all of the qualities of a great offensive tackle. He plays the game very hard and anyone has to respect that when you talk about him.”
Runyan was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2002. A 2008 poll revealed that getting blocked by Runyan on a screen pass was one of the scariest things in the NFL.
….
David Stewart, 6′-7″, 318 lbs. Drafted by the Titans n round 4 of the 2005 draft. Started in 2006. According to the wiki, “he was a member of an offensive line that allowed an NFL-low 12 quarterback sacks in 2008 and was named to the 2008 All-Pro Second Team.”
David Stewart is a physical, hard-nosed right tackle that excels at the point of attack. Nicknamed “Big Country,” the Alabama native is an intense competitor that mauls defenders in the run game and provides solid protection in the aerial attack. His soft-spoken demeanor and country mannerisms off the field run in sharp contrast with his tough, aggressive presence on the gridiron.

Tyson Clabo, 6′-6:,314 lbs, UDFA signed by Denver in 2004, eventually picked up by the Falcons in 2005. In 2006 he started; in 2010 he was a Pro Bowl selection. Boudreau arrived in Atlanta in 2008 and basically converted him into a top right tackle.
Tyson Clabo, T, Atlanta Falcons: He’s a tough-guy right tackle who makes up for his lack of athletic ability with a fighter’s mentality. He uses all the tricks of the trade.
…
Rob Havenstein, 6′-7″,321 lbs. Needs no introduction.
Massive tackle with very functional length. Aggressive, play-finishing demeanor on the field.
…
Havenstein, in other words, fits the profile of 3 different very successful Boudreau & Fisher -coached right tackles. Runyan is the prototype, but later on, both Stewart and Clabo were recognized as top right tackles. I’ve seen some rankings back a couple of years ago that had them both as the #1/#2 ROTs in the game.
All 4 have size, long arms, tenacity, a massive build, aggressiveness, and a fighter’s mentality. None of them were the athletic left tackle types. Runyan, Stewart, and Clabo all excelled mostly because of their combination of strength, dedication to craft, and high caliber intangibles.
If Havenstein is not a Runyan, being a Stewart or Clabo is not bad either.
