#49ers not officially ruling out anyone for Saturday’s game against Seattle:

Questionable: OT Trent Williams (hamstring), DL Keion White (groin), TE George Kittle, CB Upton Stout, WR Ricky Pearsall.

Everyone else is good to go.

So I gather that if the Seattle wins, the Rams will be the 5 seed if they beat AZ. They would then go to Tampalina, then hold an opportunity to host the NFC Championship game against SF.

If SF wins, the Rams will go to either CHI or PHI for the Wild Card, and surviving that, they would go to either Seattle or SF the following week depending on the outcome the the GB game.

No matter who wins tonight, the Rams will face either SF or SEA in the Division round, and the other team in the championship. Assuming the loser of tonight’s game wins its Wild Card game which they will.

So it looks like the road is going to be either Tampalina – SF/SEA – SF/SEA – Super Bowl or

    CHI/PHI – SF/SEA – SF/SEA – Super Bowl

I am assuming here that Tampalina, GB, CHI, and PHI are not serious.

(No guarantee of accuracy is implied in this post. Consult your personal NFL guru for advice).

    Holy shit.

The Falcons fired Raheem Morris. I am stunned.

    Saw this today:

This year there were 515 passes thrown against the Jets defense. Zero interceptions.

First time an NFL team has zero INTs.

The rushing leader did not make first team all-pro.

    Final rushing stats:

    1 James Cook 1621 — fumbles 6
    2 D.Henry 1595 — 4
    3 J.Taylor 1585 — 1
    4 Bijan R. 1478 — 3
    5 Kyren W 1252 — fumbles 2

John Harbaugh and Matt Lefleur might both be available this offseason.

Harbaugh has been linked to the Packers job if they move on from Lefleur.

If Lefleur is available, the Ravens should hire him. He’s a highly regarded offensive mind that could help Lamar Jackson get over the hump.

A head coach exchange might be an upgrade for both teams.

I want all teams except the Rams to make bad or inappropriate or poorly considered coaching hires.

As a decades long Rams fan, I know how to spot those when they happen.

Every team should have its Linehan. Every fan base should go through that. It’s their turn.

    Linehan?

I mean, we all talk about wishing ill on other teams, especially division rivals…

    But Linehan?!

That’s some pathological level of hate right there.

Look deep into the darkness, my friend. Let it fill you. Let it tell you things only a Rams fan could understand.
