tanzel smart was probably not needed. they still got greg gaines no? and now they got robinson.

plus i got a feeling about this hoecht kid. not at nose tackle. but i think he could play 3-4 defensive end. long and lots of athleticism.

the bone road jerseys are growing on me. they need to break it up with either the blue socks or just go all blue pants and blue socks with the bone white jersey.

my main contention as i said before is the gradient numbers. they’re just awful.

my feeling is they’ll look better when they’re actually playing on the field. but they gotta change the numbers, man. they just gotta change those numbers.

so then this means less cap space in the future if his money is spread out over 3 years?

and doesn’t gurley take up cap space for the next several years?

i do hope they can sign ramsey to a long-term deal.

Rams fans have been waiting for the team to reveal their new uniforms for quite a while, and fortunately, the big release seems to be close. The redesigned uniforms will be revealed tomorrow … or “sometime this week.” At least, that’s according to quarterback Jared Goff.

While on Alex Bregman’s Twitch stream, Goff was asked by the Astros third baseman when the Rams’ new uniforms are coming out (h/t Reddit).

“They come out tomorrow. Or sometime this week. Sometime this week,” Goff said.

Goff’s tone makes it hard to determine if he’s serious or trolling fans with this spoiler, but it’s entirely possible he’s telling the truth. The Rams said the uniforms would be coming out later this spring, and that was back in March.

The other six teams that got new uniforms released them last month, making the Rams the last ones left this offseason to reveal theirs. Kevin Demoff said earlier this year that they would be available to fans at the shop when SoFi Stadium opened in July, though the opening of the stadium has been delayed due to Taylor Swift canceling her tour.

It’s surprising that the Rams haven’t teased their uniforms in any way like they did with the new logo and colors, but perhaps they’ll do so relatively soon – especially after Goff just let the cat out of the bag.

All eyes will be on the Rams in the next few days, and if Goff was lying about the release date, there will be a lot of angry fans in his mentions on Twitter.

there’s track speed and playing speed. i’d be willing to bet bruce was one of the fastest players on the field despite what he clocked in a 40.

ehhh. well. with most likely no off-season and possibly no preseason, problems could continue for a line that lacks in experience and lacks time together. perhaps moreso than other teams.

obviously, this doesn’t include any possible future draft picks. but am i missing anything?

i think out of those linemen i am confident in evans, edwards, and havenstein.

i still think there’s a significant possibility that the rams have yet to find their left tackle and center although things can certainly change in 2 years. maybe noteboom and allen become that. maybe they become that very soon. which would be huge. maybe evans becomes that left tackle with anchrum taking a guard spot. maybe you even get a dark horse like brewer taking over the right tackle spot.

but again. this is why i’m especially excited to see the defense. maybe nothing comes of it. maybe williams, hoecht, and rozeboom are cut. and lewis never realizes his potential as an edge defender. but it’ll be exciting to find out.
