if the defense can get healthy then yes. i am confident the rams can win.

as long as they don’t turn the ball over…

they almost beat buffalo without quinn and brockers while giving up two turnovers – one being a pick 6.

i didn’t have a problem with the call either. it was the right move.

i also agree that case was late on some throws. at the end they showed how he missed a wide open receiver. maybe he’s not seeing things well.

but my bigger concern i think is the oline. maybe i’m seeing things wrong but it looks like a mess right now.

i also think the coaches are going over that. seeing if they’re giving away some tell to the defense whether it’s a run or a pass.

yeah. i think figuring out mccoy will be huge.

i also think they need to figure out a way to get gurley more production. can’t keep relying on keenum to bail them out with clutch plays. now i realize the bills have a good defense, but gurley is their best player. they gotta scheme him some touches and get him free.

i like him. he’s tough. and he’ll fight to make clutch plays.

i’m thinking he isn’t the main problem. i think it’s the oline and receivers. hopefully, spruce or cooper can alleviate at least one half of that problem.

i read that williams and fisher have adjusted the scheme some to incorporate more cover 2. so part of it is just adjusting to their strengths and weaknesses.

so kudos to williams for recognizing that and adjusting.

It’s one wild game.

There’s a “make a play” type play practically every offensive and defensive series.

Special teams pitched in too.

i did watch the game today finally. the defense and keenum were especially fun to watch. great tackling. by the linebackers and defensive backs i thought. donald is amazing as usual. quinn looked good as well.

keenum was so fun to watch too. sure he missed some throws, but he was inspiring. i gotta think that his teammates love playing with him.

if i had one complaint it’d be that the offense had chances to close it out but didn’t. like a dropped pass here. and another one there would have made it not so nervy at the end.

He’s like a Safety from the 1960’s playing QB. He’s tough, smart, and the players on O seem to constantly support him between plays. He really is a leader on the field. I think his maturity is his strength. All I know for sure is that he can beat Seattle.

defense i think is gonna have to shut them down. possibly even have to score a td of their own. or two. special teams has to make a play or two.

i just don’t see how this offense scores without some help against this defense.

hmmm… if that’s true, i’m actually ok with it.

if the team is winning and keenum is playing well, might as well let goff just sit back and absorb as much as he can. let him get as ready as he possibly can before putting him in. as long as it’s not affecting results.

yeah. i thought that was odd cuz the la rams had some of their biggest names on the dline.

that front seven is young too. and ogletree and barron are playing at relatively new positions although barron’s got a year under his belt. they should get even better as the season goes on. or that’s what they should be understanding and working on.
