There are some ways the Rams are setting up to help Jared Goff more in 2020 – and there are ways he will be expected to do more, too.
First of a thorough position-by-position analysis series w @Rich_Hammond here – on Goff and another QB I’m high on: https://t.co/ulflD9lbdB— Jourdan Rodrigue (@JourdanRodrigue) May 11, 2020

Sean McVay's offense is built on a solid foundation. One concept flows into the next one. It's series football in the NFL.

Before shedding tears for Stan Kroenke over the fact this his football stadium is grossly over budget and his hockey, basketball, and soccer teams aren’t playing and his football team may have reduced revenues, remember this: He married into the Wal-Mart family. He’ll be fine.May 14, 2020 at 10:32 pm #114920InvaderRamModeratorProFootballTalk@ProFootballTalk

Rob Manfred tells CNN he has “great confidence we can reach an agreement with the players that it’s safe to come back to work and we can reach agreement on the economic issues involved.”Manfred also tells CNN that “if we don’t play a season, the losses for the owners could approach $4 billion.”
Shaun Lysen@shaunlysen
$4 billion spread across 32 owners is $125 million per owner on average. These are billionaires. My guess is they’ve lost more than $125 million in the stock market alreadySturg48@jcsturgeon
I care way more about fan and player safety than I do about lining the pockets of billionaires.May 15, 2020 at 1:46 pm #114947znModeratorGIRAFFE MODE 🦒🦒🦒🦒 pic.twitter.com/EZH88euxVQ

Aaron would like to play several more years for the Packers but the Love pick ended that wish. Not ideal but reality; there will be a parting. The only question is when.Jason Wilde@jasonjwilde
#Packers QB Aaron Rodgers to end our call: “There are some new factors that are out of my control. And so my sincere desire to start and finish with the same organization, just as it has with many other players over the years, may not be a reality at this point.”May 15, 2020 at 5:09 pm #114954wvParticipantJoe Buck says Fox Sports will add crowd noise and virtual fans during NFL broadcasts this season

Here is what I find is stupid. Rams get criticized for drafting Akers as RB is not perceived as biggest need. Meanwhile Ravens (the best running team in the NFL) get and A for drafting Dobbins three spots later. And Ravens have serious secondary issues. Makes no sense.

If you ain’t speaking blessings and positivity for people, don’t speak on em! 🤦🏾♂️ y’all gotta do better. God bless ya soulI used to be negative towards people & put them down.. that ain’t the move tho! That ain’t the way to go. If you not tryna evolve tho, what are you really doing? I thank God for my journey & im embracing my journey of being the man I wanna be. Thank you Lord 🙏🏾

Because they are headquartered in Ventura county, the Rams would technically be able to open their facilities in a league-mandated capacity on Tues. (< 75 team employees, no players/coaches), and are currently evaluating their options regarding whether to do so.I do wonder if it will be deemed “worth it” to partially re-open if operations have run smoothly virtually for the last several weeks; Rams may decide it just makes more sense for everyone to come back in later open phases. Wonder if some teams change some roles to permanent WFH.

What is the favorite part of your job?
TH – The players. And the fact that no two days are the same, always something different going on, always a new challenge, not being chained to a desk. Locker room chemistry, it can be incredible. The Greatest Show on Turf years were awesome in the locker room and on the practice field. Everyone wanted to be there, everyone couldn’t wait to go to work. Practices were awesome, so fast, there were many days when the ball never hit the ground, just unbelievable.
May 17, 2020 at 12:53 pm #115018znModeratorTorry Holt was arguably the best receiver in the league in 2003. In the contest at Arizona that year, he lived up to his @BigGame81 name as @MarcBulger10 & he converted a 3rd & 7, 3rd & 15, and a 4th down & 7 in the final drive of the 4th quarter to lead to the overtime victory! pic.twitter.com/lGImnOE8FD
