Prior to the 2018 NFL Draft, Aaron Kromer visited Austin Corbett for a private workout. A trade later, Kromer + @BigCorbs73 are ready to get to work together.

#Rams RB Todd Gurley (left quadriceps contusion) practiced today and has no injury status for the game. Jalen Ramsey (back) practiced fully again and has no injury status for the game. Jalen Ramsey on whether he will play Sunday: “We got a couple more days to figure it out. We’re going to do what’s smart for myself and the team but I hope so. I hope I can go help and contribute to a win somehow, someway whether its limited or whatever.”J.B. Long@JB_Long
For what it’s worth, the #LARams still have a roster spot to fill going into Week 7…Unfortunately, this losing streak has put a dent in my “Since McVay was hired” notes. The latest to fall?
#LARams had been 18-0 when Aaron Donald recorded a sack.
That streak ended with loss to 49ers (a day that started with an AD99 sack).
What a run. October of Year 3.

October 19, 2019 at 11:15 am #106924znModeratorLast season, opposing defenders entered a 5-foot halo in Goff’s field of vision and decreased his ability to complete passes (i.e. caused disruption) at the 21st-highest rate of 14.4 percent. This season, though, Goff has seen the opposition’s disruptive pressure nearly double to 27.6 percent (sixth-most). In terms of win share, my measurements have the O-line unit going from seventh-best in 2018 (2.7) to 24th this season (1.4). Increased penalties and decreased efficiency in the run game partly drive this win-share dip — and act as a double-whammy in terms of also setting up Goff for passing downs where pressure is more likely. I don’t think Sean McVay wanted Goff to spend a game attempting the third-most passing attempts in NFL history — 68 in the Week 4 loss to Tampa Bay — but L.A.’s lackluster O-line play is throwing off the team’s offensive balance.

well i hope all this forces goff to be more quick with his decisions and maybe even force him to see the field better. read defenses better. know his own offense better.
i think in the long run this should be a good experience for him.
but yeah. things had been going too good for goff. this was bound to happen at some point. but this guy has a track record of overcoming things like this. let’s see how he adjusts to this.

they were paying Marcus/Talib $17m this year. As of right now that’s roughly what they’ll play Jalen/Hill/Williams/Long next year at CBwhen your defensive anchors are two All Pros in Donald/Ramsey it sure helps. (And I suspect they’ll get it done with John Johnson/Cory Littleton.)
The #Rams haven’t designated what IR status either Aqib Talib or John Johnson, but teams get two IR designations each year with flexibility to return after 8 weeks
#Rams DC Wade Phillips complimented @jalenramsey on how smart he is and how quick he’s already been picking things up. As a result, if Jalen can play, it looks like there won’t be many scheme restrictions on him.

– Rookie David Edwards to start first NFL game at LG, replaces Demby/Noteboom

Jared Goff and Rams will try to snap a three-game losing streak today against the Falcons. Rams will stay in Atlanta for the week before going to London. A win would obviously make for a more pleasant trip…Cameron DaSilva@camdasilva
Schefter reported that if the Rams can’t sign Ramsey to a long-term deal, “they could turn around and trade him to recoup their investment.” 😳October 20, 2019 at 1:13 pm #106986znModeratorVincent Bonsignore@VinnyBonsignore
Of the many things I’ll be keeping an eye on today is first-down success. Last year #Rams averaged 6.8 yards per play on first downs. They are averaging 5.4 yards per first down plays this year. -
