Former Eagle Connor Barwin joined Anthony and Bob Cooney to talk about his time in Philly and what the city meant to him.

He talks about the Rams at ~4:30 in.

Offense mimics the Washington offense, lots of movement multiple formations multiple tight ends and things to defend

Just a reminder. Barwin played against that offense in Phil from 2014-16–the years when McVay was the Washington coordinator. So Barwin is an expert on that offense and how it looks and what it does.
