Sean McVay went off about Ernest Jones yesterday. “He’s one of the most natural leaders that I’ve ever been around…Just the overall leadership that’s so natural to him. He’s got an authentic energy about himself that I absolutely love.”
Puka Nacua and Kobie Turner were both among PFF’s highest-graded rookies in Week 2

An underrated performance for the Rams on Sunday was Kobie Turner. Turner currently has the 9th-best run defense grade via PFF. Second-highest graded rookie defensive lineman behind only Jalen Carter. Put together a really solid performance against the 49ers.

I was impressed w/ rookie DT Kobie Turner vs. the 49ers
Quite the butt-kicker for a 289-pound DT. Some shades of Grady Jarrett to his game pic.twitter.com/vbE1NrJkx4
If you’ve been impressed with the Rams through two weeks, just wait until they get a takeaway on defense or throw a touchdown to a receiver or tight end.
Collin Cowherd has the Rams at #9 in his Top 10. Not bad for a team thats suppose to be rebuilding and tanking for Caleb Williams. 😂 pic.twitter.com/CHLeamc0do
Through the first two weeks of the season, Rams QB Matthew Stafford is: – 3rd in the NFL in total passing yards (641) and passing yards per game (320.5) – Tied for 4th in the NFL in completions (58) – 2nd in the NFL in passing first downs (34)
Already posted the shorter version of this. This is the longer version, which goes on into the discussion for another couple of minutes, though it includes “the FG” that busted the betting points.
