The Rams feel optimistic about Donald.

Rams coach Sean McVay told reporters in Green Bay after the game that he is “definitely optimistic” Aaron Donald will be available to him by Week 1. He also said he is “optimistic about the direction that we’re going, and the level of urgency that both sides have.” That’s as strong as McVay has been about Donald since basically the start of training camp. Rams GM Les Snead has said Donald would probably have to be at that first practice this coming week to be available for Week 1.
