I know that Jalen Ramsey is OK for next year, but I do believe that he & Snead will get an extension worked out. But after Ramsey we have to worry about, do we have enough money to resign Dante Fowler, & Cory Littleton?

I’m expecting Andrew Witworth, Austin Blythe, Michael Brockers, & Aquib Talib, to walk. Also, will we have enough there to sign some veteran OLinemen?

Will the Rams let Legatron walk after this year? He is an Unrestricted Free Agent after this season, & may be looking for $4-5 Million.

Well, just to comment on one thing…I think the odds are against them signing any veteran FAs, OL or otherwise.

i gotta think that the coaching staff is fairly confident that either edwards or noteboom can take over at left tackle.

edwards is very young. only 22. hasn’t been through the strength and conditioning program yet. so maybe kromer really likes what he’s seen from him. that would be a cheap replacement. i’m guessing talib’s salary and whit’s salary could go toward re-signing ramsey.

i don’t see them signing a vet fa on the oline. mostly cheap talent.

i guess i could see this oline.

    edwards corbett allen ? hav

i’m guessing ? would be a developmental prospect. demby, evans…

and then of course noteboom is somewhere in the equation after he hopefully comes back successfully from knee surgery.

and then as you say brockers comes off the books. maybe that goes toward bringing back one of fowler or littleton. but there’s also kenny young who’d be a cheap alternative at inside lb.

i just hope. and obviously mcvay can do whatever the hell he wants. but i hope at least the oline gets more preseason reps to jell a little bit before the regular season starts.

at this point i hope they use whatever draft resources they have toward replacing brockers. maybe they find a way to re-sign fowler after what i hope is a productive 2019. i figure the secondary and the lb corps is set. dline then becomes an issue i think.

One player I do like is, & hope that we do consider is Cedric Ogbuehi. He is the starting LT for the Jacksonville Jaguars, & is an Unrestricted Free Agent. This kid is only getting $895,000. If we can sign him away from the Jags, & move him to LG, then we could get a little excited. Ogbuehi is listed from what I saw at 6’5″ 308.
