    I need to announce for all to hear that I make GREAT red beans and rice.

    And since my wife makes great sauteed garlicky greens…and that’s a great combination…things are good.

    Now if only the USA and the world were doing well, it would be a good day.

    What do you cook GREAT?

    I have the cooking skills of a second-grader. I suppose maybe the best thing i can manage is spaghetti squash. I bake it and then smear it with spicy-black-bean-hummus and goat cheese and whatever else i have lying around.

    I am also known for my baked books.

    I just had a new microwave, oven, and refrigerator installed. I am happy with them. I have a good ice maker and a giant 22,000 btu burner.
