See, he’s not really a conservative. The correct answer is Pinochet, although Reaganites get partial credit for “Saddam Hussein before Kuwait.”If you’re a moderate Democrat, it’s the Saudis, although whoever is running Honduras is up there.
IMO that was just f’n brilliant. Though, let’s not forget the Shah.
