    Only 42 teams that began 1-3 have made the playoffs since the 1970 merger. Season isn’t over, but need a lot of urgency next week against the Packers. If they fall to 1-4, might be too big of a hole to climb out of.

    The Rams out-gained the Bears 322-264, averaged almost a full yard per play more on offense, went 5-for-11 on third down, and won the time of possession…and they still lost. These are the games you look back on at the end of the year and wonder “what if”
    .
    Today is a classic case of if you keep the other team in the game long enough, the NFL is too good to not take advantage. No reason for the Rams to have not won that game other than hurting themselves in the key moments.

    stafford completed 2 of 7 for 9 yards in the redzone today, while the rams converted 4 rz trips into just 1 td, grim

    the bears offense today:

    133 pass yards
    3 of 9 on 3rd downs
    17 offensive points
    (excluding the offense spotting them the ball on the 16)

    the defense did more than enough to win today, the offense was a huge failure/disappointment.
