    I skimmed a book called “Sovereign Screens,” about Aboriginal Media in Canada.

    APTN is the world’s first indigenous television channel. For various reasons Vancouver is/was the hub of this endeavor. They try to ‘decolonize the screen.’ Etc, and so forth.
