    I had never seen All Quiet On The Western Front (1979 version). My goodness. Fine film. Holds up very well. I didnt even like the star, Richard Thomas’s acting in the movie and it was still very good. Good writing, i guess.

    It was made for TV and won a Golden Globe for best movie.
