I think that article is in the context of immediate starter. I would agree that there are no QBs that you would want to start right away, but there are a bunch of QBs that could develope or maybe start, if you had a good team. imo
Since the rookie pay scale has changed, I don’t think you automatically have to start a QB just cause he was drafted high in the first round and the penalty for missing isn’t near as bad as it used to be..
Maybe Foles has a revelation. Or Mannion is ready. And, maybe the rest of our team is good enough to support a not quite ready QB?
