    Higbee and Cooper look like good picks though there’s a lot of road to go down before they can be fully assessed. Anyway, last time they picked 2 4th rounders in the same draft who made the team and started it was, ironically, also both a WR and a TE. 98—Hakim and Roland Wms. Williams of course was a blocker and not in Higbee’s (potential) class. It remains to be seen if Cooper can be as good as Hakim though they’re also different kinds of animals, even though they also have some similarities (obviously Hakim was faster but maybe Cooper has a kind of toughness that’s distinct in its own right).
