I think the entire group will redshirt Although three or four may make the roster. The rest will be on the practice squad.

The Rams been trending this direction in the last couple of drafts.

One of the wide receivers will probably be converted to tight end and the other one may be converted to H-back or a large slot receiver. Either make play but it will probably be in two or three years unless one of them surprises on special teams.

Once they did not go oline by the fourth round, it kind of makes sense to not get one the rest of the draft. There should be lots of online men including lots of free agent centers who want to sign with the Rams at this point

Seems to be different opinions on his potential at different sites.

My guess is they will redshirt him this year (they do that a lot in this regime) playing some special teams while they see how he develops.

Probably get a 5th round pick for him in 4 years when they let him go in Free Agency 🙂

We will Jack, lots of goo Oline left in this draft and I don’t think the current Oline depth we have is that far off.

I really wish the Rams were tied to better names in round 1. So far I’m drawing a blank with all of the ones mentioned that the Rams might take.

I’m interested to see whether the opt outs drop from projections 6-8 months ago because of not playing last year.

I think he’s the best tackle on the team, but the youngun proved a reasonable starter. I don’t think it happens, but it is interesting.

Jefferson does not strike me as soft. Even if he is as “soft” as Bruce, that wouldn’t be bad.

I think he’s better than the guy he is replacing in that way. Josh reynolds seemed to never fight for a ball. It irked me.

I don’t think he will be the best Receiver on the team next year. As a sophomore, he still has a lot to learn.

If we only use him for about 15 plays a game to stretch the field, he might be able to stay healthy.

Good player, but not exceptional. I think his snaps are replaceable without losing much.

Even after we lose a couple folks, defense has enough players to be top 10 IMO. Could be better with Donald and Ramsey, but, barring injury, should be top 10.

It all depends on the Oline IMO. If Oline is average or better, Stafford will adapt pretty darn quick and we should be legit challengers. If Oline is worse than average, might be another fight for a wild card.

I’m not ready to commit until I see what they can retain and/or add.

I’m guessing we’ll see a top 7-10 QB with top 5 stats due to the offense he is in.

If the defense is still top 5 and they don’t suffer a rash of injuries, 12-4.

It’s a dilemma.

The younguns should get incrementally better with another year. Sounds like whit is coming back for another year which helps. Akers should be better in his second year which also helps.

It’s strange to me that in several of these videos reference the QBs, folks talk about how the Rams Oline is better and I get the impression the consensus is, at worst, middle of the pack in the NFL. I thought we gave up way too much pressure up the middle and they did not play THAT well, but maybe I’m wrong. Maybe all they need is a little incremental improvement to be…good.
