I think the next coach will be a fan of Goff. Since the Rams gave so much to get Goff, it has to be about him. I doubt they pick a coach that isn’t a Goff fan.

Demoff took on a lot of other duties with the move to LA. LA is his priority now. imo For example there were no early signings last year. They didn’t sign Jenkins, although they could have, because they did have enough cap space. imo If Fisher wanted him signed, then why wasn’t he signed? That is a big question mark for me.
AgamemnonI am for hiring Polian to set up the franchise. He can fire Demoff and build from there. Demoff doesn’t do contracts any more, so I don’t need him. 😉
AgamemnonI estimate average at this time. Plus, what we will have or get next year will depend in large part on what direction the Rams go with their hirings. The draft will be a question mark. It won’t be hard to keep our core players. The bottom of the roster could change a lot.

Source: NFL teams were informed today the per-team salary cap for 2017 is projected to be $166 million to $170M. Up from $155.27M this year.

vDid you forget ED? huh? I don’t think you can discount Goff. He is like an elephant in the room. jGoff will have a huge effect on who the next coach and OC is. Of course, since it is LA, it will be a splash hire. imo
