    Many have already seen this but, in case you haven’t– I think this video should be “required viewing” for any Rams fan.

    Granted, the vid is back from Fisher’s days with the Titans, but it still gives insight into the style of coaching he’s continuing with the Rams.

    Fisher is known for being a player’s coach… and letting the vets rest their bodies if they need it. And he is known for creating a “family” atmosphere, one where players can ENJOY coming to work.

    But are his methods effective?
