Fun seeing those names. Ive always liked those precise route-runners:
    Snow, Ellard, Proehl, Bruce, Woods.

But Harold Jackson is burned into my
    memories.

I don’t know who they [the Rams] will draft, but they’ll end up signing multiple UDFA’s who end up being good enough to qualify for a 2025 3rd and 4th round comp pick

On search for next starting center, Rams GM Les Snead and head coach Sean McVay said their are internal candidates on the roster, but they’re also evaluating this year’s draft class of centers like they do for every draft.

    Lindsey Thiry@LindseyThiry
Sean McVay says Brian Allen and Coleman Shelton are candidates to take over at center and adds that they have some guards who are capable of flexing positions.

Might as well just read the depth chart

    Jourdan Rodrigue@JourdanRodrigue
Les Snead says “the exploratory talks will continue” about the possibility of trading back from 57. But if Rams see a player at that pick point about whom staff is extremely passionate, Snead is not ruling out staying put. Key here is talks have happened and will continue.

Sean McVay says the Rams don’t have any glaring holes on their roster, they aren’t in a position where a drafted player must come in and start. Building depth is where this draft will help.

I dont think a team has ever won a Ring
when they only have 1 player is in the top 50
    as far as merchandise sales.

This whole organization needs to be blown up.

No first-round pick for the Rams tonight. GM Les Snead on their drafting philosophy: …”in this phase, we’ve determined to use those picks in a creative way to maybe go get some more known players that can come in and help us right now with less projection and development.”

The Saints and Rams are 2nd and 4th in total wins since 2017. They’ve partly done it by trading away draft picks, which drives fans and analysts crazy.

Les Snead says the Rams feel they are in a good spot to trade back from 57 and still have a good board (obviously have talked through scenarios about staying put so take w grain of salt) – and adds that they are expecting several calls about 103 if teams want to pick before D3.

    Rams Brothers@RamsBrothers
With all the skill players flying off the board, the Rams should have a number of players they like fall into their lap. Trading back is becoming more likely.

Not to mention, trading draft picks for proven talent continues to largely work in their favor. Very satisfying.

Rams GM Les Snead tested positive for Covid-19 and will conduct the draft from home rather than at Rams sponsored draft house, Snead said Thursday night.

    Jourdan Rodrigue@JourdanRodrigue
Snead says he tested positive for COVID-19 this morning, and will now have to isolate during the draft. Snead and HC Sean McVay both had a close contact with someone who later tested positive, they found out on Monday.

Les Snead is gonna be living out of his garage for the next few days and is in great spirits about it/the situation. Jokes that he is gonna pull a mattress in there because “Kara will not let me in the house”. He says he already sort of converted the garage into an office anyway.

Snead of course will not name names, but the close contact was a Rams staffer. Sean McVay tested negative.
