I know the Patriots better than anyone here cause I live in New England and I am here to tell you that they’re just not the same team with Belichick in Tampa now.

As for their vaunted 12th ranked defense–enh, that’s just voter fraud. The courts will clear all that up.

Damn. Belichick vs McVay. I dunno.

Normally, i would just go with Belichick, hands down. But this Staley defense is capable of winning games. If the offense doesnt lose it.

Very interesting game. Its basically a playoff game for the Pats.

I believe in the Rams Defense, but i dont believe in their offense so much. The two games against Shannahan kilt my faith in the offense.

I’ll go with Aaron Donald and Staley, just cuz I’m a ram-fan:

Me too.

If the Rams are planning on using the short passing game again this week I would expect Belichick to be ready and we will see a lot of tipped balls and unsuccessful screen passes. I hope Akers continues to show progress. That will make me feel more confident about the offense.

I will just add that I cannot conceive of a scenario in which Seattle beats the Jets this weekend in Seattle.

The Jets are due for a victory, and Seattle has had trouble this season with teams based just outside of New York.

(It’s interesting, btw, how NittanyRam has disappeared from the board now that his beloved Seahawks have fallen out of first place).

I am in favor of the Rams slaughtering the Patriots tonight.

I just want to say that before kickoff so I can claim I was the only one strong enough to wish for that outcome before the game started.
