    I’m still amazed at how badly the national media covered this Gurley story from beginning to end.

    At any rate. Sometimes I wonder in my head — Did Gurley KNOW about the deterioration of the Knee BEFORE he signed the big contract.
    Whats an athlete supposed to do in those situations? Be honest? Dont be honest?

    I suspect Gurley just couldnt handle the deterioration of the knee. Maybe there was some denial. Some passive-aggressive stuff. Normal human stuff. Might have affected the Gurley-McVay relationship. Who knows.

    It will be interesting to see just how could he plays for Atlanta.
