    Given that list I would say:

    Major signings:

    WATKINS (optional)
    DONALD
    JOYNER

    Plus

    Sullivan
    McQuaide
    Robey-Coleman
    Tyrunn Walker
    Matt Longacre
    Troy Hill
    Malcolm Brown

    Right now, without much info, this is the way I see the deals going. They have 40+ M in cap space or 43+ M if you add in TA’s money You add AD’s already contracted 7 M or so to that and it’s 50+ M.

    This group will cost anywhere from 8-10 M or more: Sullivan, McQuaide, Robey-Coleman, Tyrunn Walker, Matt Longacre, Troy Hill, Malcolm Brown. And of course that’s not even all of their 2nd tier FAs (UFAs, RFAs, ERFAs)…just my guess about the priorities.

    The draft cap will be what…around 5-6 M? Don’t know, just guessing.

    So let’s then say another 34-36 M for Donald, Joyner, and Watkins if they sign all 3.

    That’s anywhere from 47-52 M right there.

    Who knows about Barron or Quinn yet.
