Rams struggling offense against a bad Saints defense.

Saints top offense against the Rams good defense.

How does Goff look when not playing a top pressure defense, and out of the rain?

Plus, last we saw, Cersei is on the throne still. What difference will that make?

That SOUNDS like a good deal for the Rams, really. The Rams offense plays a weak defense. I’ll take the Rams defense in a match-up against a good offense and hope for the best.

But the offense is sooooooooo bad, that I’m not sure it’s better than the Saints terrible defense.

The defense will give up points this week. How much? Maybe 17 or 20.

So that means this putrid offense will have to get 21 points or more.

I just don’t know about that.

Maybe the defense can contribute to the scoring. That would help.

Yes, for one game with Goff…so far. Games 3-6 they were actually pretty good. So I have yet to decide what they are yet. Others seem to do it after one game….

Same thing as with the Panthers game. Their top O vs our Top D, and their struggling D against our struggling O. Another one of those ‘something has to give’ games. The light at the end of this particular tunnel is that we seem to always rattle Brees. I don’t imagine he likes playing the Rams very much.

You have to be odd, to be number one.

I dont think Fisher or the Rams are a match for Cersei. She’s Elite,
    and she’s motivated.

But i do expect Gurley to have his first 100 yard game.

I see this as another version of the Rams VS Lions game. The O is gonna score more than we think they will and the D is gonna give up more than we think.

I would like to see the O get the running game going and limit the chances NO’s O has. Kinda like the Lions game I don’t think the Rams have the firepower to stay with NO.

I see this as a higher scoring game than some would think Rams 28-26.

Take the over in this game as I think Fish and Co. are gonna take some of the reins off of Goff and he’s gonna hit some of those deeper throws but he’s also gonna get his 1st INT.

I’ve given up trying to figure this team out. I think it is poetic justice in a way that the only game they were never in was against the god awful 9ers.

Maybe this is a new beginning and from here on out they’ll just get blown out of games early and often…

Well lets face it, they are due for a truly horrible game.

We know they will beat the Patriots, so they may save the
    truly horrible game for Arizona.

Goff breaks out of his shell…and has a good game, Rams should win since they are now pretty much out of the playoff hunt.

The Rams could win and they could lose. Either way, it will be close – a couple plays being the difference between victory and defeat.

I expect to see a trick play Sunday. Fake punt or fake FG or somethin.

I have to say, I don’t see that. They know this offense is better than what it showed against Miami. They didn’t throw long, they went up against a tough pass rush in the rain, they were starting a rookie in his first game, etc. So I don’t see them as seeing themselves as desperate. I see them as seeing themselves as back to business as usual–and the truth is, that offense IS more productive than it was against Miami. So I don’t see them as having to play tricks to stay in a game. I mean, the last time they played the Saints they beat them 27-16, and that was with Clemens.

i don’t want to see business as usual. i want to see some winning football.

seriously though i do expect them to open it up a little this week. offensive line should have an easier time blocking.

i’m still looking forward to goff’s first regular season td pass…
