What do the progressives think of her compared to Jill Stein ?

Warren is not as progressive as Jill,
but she’s a “progressive Democrat”.
I’d definitely support her if she was running for Prez.

If Hillary loses, then I would hope Warren would run
next time.

I like Warren. But she’s really fairly moderate, IMO. Everything she talks about regarding the economy is just common sense, within the framework of capitalism — a system I detest. She’s no radical, though she is portrayed as such. It’s just that the Overton Window for American politics has moved so far to the right, pretty much non-stop from Reagan on, that she seems “radical” to some. Her policy ideas sound unusual to ears inundated with 40 plus years of conservative/neoliberal bullshit, which both parties have embraced, again, pretty much from Reagan on.

She does have guts, though. She’s tough, and she doesn’t back down from a fight. Warren has integrity, too. All of those things are kinda unusual for the majority of Democrats in DC.

Zooey mentions 2020. Not sure that’s going to happen. She’ll be 71. It’s possible. But she probably won’t want to run.

I like Stein a lot more, though.

Oh, and then along comes Trump to prove once again he’s a serial liar and piece of garbage:

“She used the fact that she was Native American to advance her career. Elizabeth Warren is a total fraud. I know it. Other people who work with her know it. Elizabeth Warren is a total fraud,” Trump said.

First off, he lied about what Warren said regarding her Native American heritage. Second, it’s not “racist” to claim Native American heritage, and it’s pretty common for a lot of Americans that they were told they had Native American blood. I learned this about my own family as well. Genealogical research uncovered Cherokee blood for us.

Racism is the belief in the superiority of one’s “race” — a social construct, to begin with — and that it should rightfully dominate the nation or the world. It’s not in the slightest bit “racist” to claim one’s ancestors had this or that ethnic makeup. Trump is just being his usual asshole, lying self.

Don’t say he lied. Give proof! Pocahontas Warren is a FRAUD. She gamed the AA system for advancement.

The upside to being a Rams fan is heartbreak.

Bernie ran because Warren wouldn’t. I can’t respect Warren or anybody that would endorse HRC and that was prior the shit show that was this primary season. I actually prefer Jill Stein over Bernie specifically on the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory and drone warfare.She’s at 7% in the polls now. I would love to watch Dr.Stein debate Clinton. Bernie had to fight with kid gloves , where Jill Stein owes the Dems nothing.

You mean Hildabeast wildly throwing her arms up in the air screeching “What does it matter”? Trump will eviscerate her. She doesn’t even know how to tell the truth. Even with the moderator agreeing with and vouching for her lies Trump will still get his message through to the people. Its about jobs. Its about accomplishment. Its about trustworthiness. Its about being in touch in that our people and much of the western world is now repudiating globalism.

I think Stein would best her in debate. But Clinton will trounce Trump. Trump is easily one of the most ignorant candidates from either party we’ve ever seen. He has zero knowledge of foreign affairs, how the economy works, how government works, current events, history — you name it. If he’s not flat out lying — which is his default mode — he just pulls nonsense out of his butt. Like, when the Brexit vote hit. He was in Scotland, and he praised the Scottish for voting to leave the EU. Trouble is, they didn’t. They voted overwhelmingly to stay.

He has a Palin-like grasp of the issues. Which is to say, he’s totally clueless. A clueless lying narcissist is not going to do well in debates.

Well, it will be so totally surreal, i may have to watch some of the
Great Hillary v Donald Debate Of the Century.

I havent watched any debate since Bobby Riggs debated Billie Jean King, but i might actually watch some of this Trump vs Hillary thing. It will be like Jason vs Freddy. Or the Alien vs Predator.

Its going to be a spectacle.

And the Dems will think Hillary won, and the Reps will think Trump won…and the undecideds? I dunno. I dunno who they are. Will they like either one? Trust either one? Will they like Trumps tone? Hillary’s system-itis ?

My gut tells me they will go for Hillary very slightly. But i dunno. I’m just guessing the undecideds will lean slightly towards the ‘safer’ candidate.

Bernie in the last debate in NY completely shut her down with his closing statement and the subsequent standing O requiring the network to cut away and a massive edit.She followed that miserable performance by ducking the previously agreed to debate in CA. Stein is brilliant and knows her facts and the ” woman card ” will not work on her. Trump is a pathetic debater he is easy pickens for Dr.Stein and even Clinton. His only chance is to turn it into a school yard street fight like the ridiculous Republican debates were. I am sure the msm will do their bought and paid for duty to marginalize Stein but without her I sure ain’t watching . I know Trumps handful of words much better than I want to and I’ve heard enough of Hillary’s BS as well.
