S. just said that McVay is embracing longtime Rams like Eric Dickerson. Also said that Sean spoke with Marshall Faulk before accepting the job and got his input as to what it means to be a Ram.

These are little things that have nothing to do with the X’s and O’s but they mean everything to how our new HC prepares for this new job.
