    I have no use for monarchies, etc. and think now would be the perfect moment to cancel the royal family altogether.

    But I will say that given the fact that she was born into it, and accepted the role, she at least performed her role in society with grace and dignity.

    I don’t know if she was a “good person” privately, but – you know – there have been some embarrassing and despicable monarchs through the ages, and she wasn’t that.
