HerzogParticipantMaybe Barron was a born linebacker miscast as a safety. I’ve always wanted a great linebacker and was so disappointed they missed out on Wagner.
A lot of interesting things happening. Joyner is absolutely lights out at safety. Johnson can flat out play too.
HerzogParticipantI definitely see a receding hairline.
HerzogParticipantI guess thats true. And i guess that means they dont have an ‘elite’ defense that can shut down great offenses, but they have a ‘good’ defense that can generally play well and be a top twelve defense.
Its only a franchise defense, not an elite defense.
There’s no way to tell until we actually play a great offense.
HerzogParticipantThe Rams are a more balanced team, but man Carson Wentz is just a beast. I think they are getting better each week, as are the Rams.
HerzogParticipantI’m betting he can learn. And that son of Bum is teaching him.
HerzogParticipantNo, I meant he thought Fisher was the right guy to get the team through all the moving.

HerzogParticipantExtremely gay. I assume he thought Fisher was the guy to maneuver all that.
HerzogParticipantWhy so much
HerzogParticipantHe’s good when he’s good.
HerzogParticipantMaybe it’ll get better.
HerzogParticipantOn the bright side, maybe that’s why they do well on the road…b/c it’s exactly like their home field.
HerzogParticipantI wanna see more Reynolds
HerzogParticipantI just wonder why his name never comes up when they talk about great linebackers around the league.
HerzogParticipantHell yeah
October 11, 2017 at 2:50 am in reply to: McVay & the offense: gameplanning, redzone, target distribution, etc #75942
HerzogParticipantHow about just kicking field goals instead of turning tha ball over. That alone wins the game
HerzogParticipantKupp makes that catch, everyone would be talking about the lat game heroics of Goff, how far he’s come and how he’s an elite quarterback.
Sigh, just kills me.
HerzogParticipantIT is just stupid. I hate that rule and I will never understand it.
HerzogParticipantReminds me of Barron. Maybe he’ll star at linebacker for somebody.
HerzogParticipantI have no issue with one of the interceptions. It was actually thrown in a very good place, it was tipped into the defenders hands. I even think the ball was catchable. (albiet it would have been a very good catch).
HerzogParticipantOk, i’ve gone through the five stages of grief, and can now discuss this like a person.
Here’s my new positive outlook. They tried to give this game away, and still almost won it.
They have a new offensive and defensive system, and they will only know it better as the season goes on.
I feel like Goff is just scratching the surface. He is going to be a special player.
October 9, 2017 at 3:19 pm in reply to: Watkins opened a window into his frustration, Rams need to squash that ASAP #75816
HerzogParticipantThe dude was covered by two pro-bowlers. I don’t know….
HerzogParticipantYeah that defense scares the crap out of me. They create a lot of havoc, Mcvay better have a game plan for that.
HerzogParticipantI’m extremely depressed right now.
HerzogParticipantWatkins pissed me off. He gave up on that route.
HerzogParticipantI don’t understand the logic of that rule. Fumble into the endzOne is a touchback? WHY!!!
HerzogParticipantTavon can’t catch punts.
HerzogParticipantI know we expect a lot from the rookie… but I am shocked Kupp didn’t make that catch.
HerzogParticipantReplay that game in a week and they win it. I feel such sorrow
HerzogParticipantRams win by 7
HerzogParticipanthe does look freaking good at running back.
