    No one wants to discuss this topic but it matters in a league where 70% of the players are minorities.

    Yes. We want the best candidates to get all of the top jobs but we also want owners/execs to move beyond their comfort zones to consider candidates that don’t look like them.

    But it’s also more than getting interviews… It’s about hiring interns and scouts from different backgrounds. Diversity (race/gender/background) in #NFL front offices is a positive development. Different thoughts, ideas and perspectives..
