The Giants play on Monday the 25th, given them something of a short week, and the Rams will have had a long week because they played TNF on the 21st.

    As of right now –>

Rams offense: 7th yards, 9th points, 7th YPA passing, 8th YPA rushing

Rams defense: 18th yards, 19th points, 18th YPA passing, 14th YPA rushing, 29th pressure %

Giants offense: 31st yards, 31st points, 31st YPA passing, 18th YPA rushing

Giants defense: 24th yards, 25th points, 23rd YPA passing, 30th YPA rushing, 19th pressure %

Last 5 games, the Rams have averaged 32.4 points per game, and 434 yards per game (rounded up slightly).

Against the league’s 14 game stats, that would rank –>

    points per game: 1st

    yards per game: 1st

If they lose this one I’m gonna be pissed.

If they win this one they have a winning season (9 wins) no matter what happens the following week against SF.

If they win this one they have a winning season (9 wins) no matter what happens the following week against SF.

And a 92% chance of making the playoffs.

At this point, I think the Rams are playing with House money. They have exceeded the most optimistic expectations for this season.

And let it be noted that they played the Browns and Ravens defenses in that stretch, as well as the Saints who had not given up a TD in their last 2 games.

Stafford is healthy. The OL has gelled. Williams has taken off. Nacua and Robinson came out of nowhere.

i don’t think anyone could have predicted any of that.

New York Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito has filed new trademarks for:

    1. TOMMY CUTLETS
    2. PASSING PAISANO

The filings claim that DeVito plans to sell branded:

    Decals
    Clothing
    Pasta
    Pizza
    Tomato sauces
    Energy Drinks

Devito understands that his brand has a short shelf-life and so is going to make as much as he can while it lasts.

The DeVito factor is real. 64.4% completion rate – 1032 yd – 8 td/3 int. Very mobile and willing to run. Take this team lightly and you will get embarrassed. They have Saquon. They have Darren Waller. They have talent.’

It’s in NY and it will be cold. Kicking the ball there will be a greater challenge than it already is in general.

Rams need to be locked in. Hopefully they get healthy and work on the deep ball coverage issues and STs issues between now and then. Even though they technically have from yesterday until Tuesday off. I am sure the coaches are still working on those issues, schematically and personnel wise. Man that’s a long time to wait for another Rams game.

The Rams had better not underestimate this Giants team. They have not been an easy out the last few weeks, and they’re not playing for anything. Going to need to play 4 good quarters on Sunday.

I have no clue, no inkling about what to expect in the Giant game, but I’m guessing its gonna be a gut-busting, physical, low-scoring, close, game.

My cold, rational, reasoning on this, is, the Football Gods just don’t make things easy for the Rams.

    Rams 16

    Giants 15

the rams are an all-time 29-17 (.630) vs the giants and have beaten them by an average score of 23-18. in fact of the 18 teams that the rams have played 20+ times, the bucs are the only team the rams have a higher winning % against. the rams are 3-0 vs the giants under mcvay
