    I love the 2nd round of the draft maybe even more than the 1st. So many guys i still think are great players.

    rams would have to trade up to get him though.

    Yeah, he’s not going to last, and neither will McKinstry.

    I expect Round 2 will start with a run on D players.

    apparently rams were interested in trading up to get bowers?

     

    probably not the best idea to trade up for bowers, but i fully expect the rams to draft a tight end at some point. in fact i’d be disappointed if they didn’t.

    Maybe. Maybe not.

    They made calls about moving up and moving down, but that’s just doing your job. And was it Bowers? Or is that what they figured was a plausible distraction. Maybe they were just getting a temperature of the room. I woulda been pissed if they traded up for Bowers; I don’t care how good he is.

    I also wonder how the Rams had their board stacked. If they had the choice between Latu, Murphy, Turner, or Verse, who would they have taken?

    Rams ultimately stayed pretty safe as the board fell uniquely yesterday. I would think at least an attempt for some movement in 2 and 3 would be on their radar today.
