    but as i said before i do like the fact that they addressed oline and front seven. i just have no idea about what they have. they all understandably have question marks.

     

    i do think avila is about as surefire as a draft pick can get. and at the very least akers and the offensive staff build on the second half resurgence of the running game.

    A very solid draft hit rate for any team is around 40%. With 14 picks that would be 5.6, or basically 6. A 50% hit rate is better than avg., in fact it’s excellent, and that would obviously be 7.

    It will be easier to hit 50% since they cleared roster space and have a very young team with lots of opportunities. Although some will be role players (like Turner maybe?).

    It could be as many as 9 (I would say Avila, Young, Turner, McClendon [down the road], Nacua, Hodges-Tomlinson, both Ethan and Zach Evans, and Taylor).

    9 would be 64%, which would be rare and extraordinary.
