The Rams announced coaching staff additions: Wes Phillips, the son of defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, has joined the staff to coach tight ends. Eric Henderson will coach the defensive line and Zac Robinson joins the staff as an assistant quarterbacks coach. Wes Phillips spent the previous five seasons as the tight ends coach for the Washington Redskins. Henderson joins the staff after serving as the Chargers assistant defensive line coach the past two seasons, and Robinson, a former seventh-round pick who bounced around the league from 2010-2014, joins the staff from Pro Football Focus, where he was an analyst.
