    He and his wife and another couple were in Charleston doing a night on the town at a restuarant and bar. Of course we talked a little football. 🙂 I asked him if his “karma” had improved since he left his “last team” and he said, “oh, yeah”.I said of course as a Rams fan that I didn’t like the Patriots and his wife piped in that, “nobody likes a winner”. I pointed out that it had more to do with the head coach and Wes replied, “you have no idea”.

    I mentioned that he did a good job sticking up for himself against Bellichek and he said, “thanks”. I stated that Bellichek never mentioned the dozens of catches that he made that helped them reach the playoffs but of course would mention one that he didn’t catch.

    He and his wife seemed like real good people. I stepped lightly around the Cheatriots subject and mixed in some stuff about Charleston history and famous people from here and football players from Charleston etc. to hide my obssessive hate for Bellichek and Brady. Of course I wanted to bring it up but it would have been really bad form. They were having a good time and even letting a few people take photos with them, (check twitter?). Now if I ever run into Brady or Bellichek – IT’S ON!!
