It’s been awhile since we beat them. Dec. 30 2018. That was the game where CJ Anderson had 32 carries for 132 yards and 1 TD.

Well Stafford should stick to the new formula: A pick6 and minus 2 in the turnover game, and the rams should win.

It;s been 17 straight and Garcia is playing well.

Rams have no answer for Rice and Owens.

    Does not look good.

Stafford already did that on Nov 15 against SF…. it failed miserably….

I think the Rams are going to get this done be really nice to knock the 9ers out of the playoffs and take the 2nd seed.

49er player asked ‘why’ the 49ers have dominated the Rams:

Chris Carter reduces it down to “the 49ers have simply been more physical than the Rams”. Thats kinda how it seems to me, too.

They have beat the rams up, run right thru them, and forced turnovers.

Maybe a healthy Von Miller can help this time, I dunno.

After reading the post of a guy attending the game in Baltimore where Stafford didn’t do much in the way of warming up. So he’s starting slow because he’s starting cold the older you get the longer it takes to warm up hmmm.

I remember long, long, long ago when the Rams vs 49ers was a big bad rivalry.
I mean it was up there with the Cowboys vs Washington, or Oakland vs Kansas City, etc.

This game has that feel. This is a great-big game. Its fun.

Back in the 90s I worked for a company in Delaware which, as a result of their partnership with the NFL, had tickets to every game at every stadium. I was frequently able to get access to these tickets for the Rams because, well, they were the Rams in the 90s. Being the masochist I was, I usually tried to get the 49ers game, because every year, “this was going to be the year.” I was at this game in 99. This was the year. 🙂

I haven’t heard much talk of the game on NoCal radio, but what I have heard reflects a somewhat skeptical outlook. The talkers up in these parts are not terribly optimistic, though they remain hopeful. They are all saying the odds of the 9ers winning this game are not very good, and they don’t expect to make the playoffs. They aren’t giving up. But they are pretty guarded.

The 49ers secondary, linebackers, and RB seem to be a bit of a wreck between injuries and Covid.

Of course, the Rams are without Tutu Atwell, so that kind of balances the thing out.

That Nina lady (dont know her last name) has always impressed me.
Studies the game. Knows her shit, week in, week out.

One of the best. If not ‘the’ best.

Now watch the corporate-suits ruin her in the next few years.

This evening, they were singing a different tune. I heard about 15 minutes, and I guess the 9ers are going to attack Travin Howard all day with Kittle and the running game because he weighs only 211 lbs, and the Rams can’t stop the run anyway, so the 9ers will control the ball all day, limiting the Rams’ offensive snaps, AND Armstead and Nick Bosa (who will soon be the highest paid defensive player in history, due in part to his performance this coming Sunday), well, they are going to pretty much prevent Stafford from ever getting a throw off before getting hit, so their depleted secondary won’t actually have to do much in pass defense anyway.

Saw a vid where Baldy is picking the niners.

So am i. Still dont trust this team.
I just think San Fran has more urgency and fire.

    Rams 15
    49ers 17

Saw an interview with Mcvay he was asked if he thought the 9ers were are #1 rivals, his answer was cringe worthy in the same low energy attitude his whole team showed up with in the 1st game. The guy just doesn’t get it. I expect a flat Rams team getting their ass kicked on national TV again.

McVay acts like the Rams have proven they are superior to the 49ers every year by finishing ahead of them in the standings, and he doesn’t take them seriously.

Kittle says its going to be a ‘bodybag game.’

Now, I would put that on a bulletin board,
    if i had one.
