    Phillips said Lamarcus Joyner will stay at FS, with Cody Davis and John Johnson playing SS. Positions don’t matter as much with him though.

    John Johnson said his work with the Rams has been split as a free safety and a strong safety. He got a chance to work alongside Lamarcus Joyner today. “He’s a tremendous player, so I can’t wait.”

    On the play when he appeared to pull up, Watkins said he incorrectly read what Earl Thomas was doing. A misread, not an effort thing.
