L.A. City Attorney office has filed one count against Rams safety TJ McDonald for "driving under the influence of drugs," after May arrest.

City Attorney's spokesman said max punishment for TJ McDonald case is 6 months in county jail and $1,000 fine. But that's maximum.

I don’t think he’ll see a jail, but he will see a suspension. That’s gonna hurt.
