    Mannion – drafted, round 3
    Keenum – trade, 7th round
    Goff – trade up, 1st pick in the draft

    What about 94-96, a 3 year period where the Rams acquired 8 qbs

    94: signed Chris Miller
    signed Chris Chandler
    signed Tommy Maddox

    95: kept Miller
    signed Mark Rypien
    drafted Dave Barr, round 4

    96: traded for Steve Walsh
    drafted Tony Banks, round 2
    signed rookie Jamie Martin, UDFA
