    Foles gets a 6 M roster bonus today

    Now with that paid, any team trading for him acquires a qb they owe only 1 M in 2016. Makes it easier to trade him.

    Meanwhile, trading him frees up 12+ M in 2017 cap space for the Rams.

    His entire salary is guaranteed tomorrow. He might get cut today. That would save the Rams 1 million.
