That can be challenging while living with the same 58 year old woman for the past 39 years. Ok – I’m kidding about that. My wife is a treasure who enriches me daily and I couldn’t breathe normally without her.

I and the other mods just want to remind posters that if one poster openly causes the death of another, it can lead to a 2 week ban and the revoking of all cake privileges…for months.
If anyone needs a reminder on that rule, just go to the rules document and look under the Always Make It Look Like an Accident section.
zn the mother hen. Don’t worry, an anthrax CD is fairly innocuous. They’re loud but I don’t think they ever killed anybody…

March 26, 2015 at 10:41 am in reply to: Kroenke ready to show detailed stadium plans … plus other relocation things #21541bnwBlockedIt seems that the NFL didn’t distribute the survey as claimed so the fix is in any way. Last year Rams attendance was 30th at 57,000 and Raiders was next at 53,700 with Vikings last at 52,200. Given all that went into that 2014 season for Rams fans that is very respectable. An increase of 7000-10,000 per game gets the Rams at Indy, Seattle and New England attendance.
With an owner not trying to move the team and a starting QB that doesn’t sit out two seasons and a modestly competitive team such attendance figures are easily within reach in St. Louis. Though I realize it doesn’t matter.- This reply was modified 9 years, 7 months ago by bnw.

Maybe it’s best we lose this franchise to L.A., and wait to see if we get something better.
If that has to be then the appropriate entity in MO should sue to keep the name and team records with St. Louis. Exactly as Cleveland did.

bnwBlockedi don’t know what the key to unlock tavon is, but if there is one, the rams better find it. he’s doing alright, but he can do better.
whether it be a tall quarterback. or getting a better offensive line. or a better running game to get the play action going.
And/or….Tavon getting better.
.

bnwBlockedI am sorry to learn about your nephew and your concern. It seems very odd for a newlywed to be unable to sleep. It can be a vicious cycle. Not to come off as a cave man but I wonder if serious physical activity has been attempted? Separate beds? Sleep study? I’m very leery of medication especially in regards to sleep for someone young I assume? Hang in there and offer what support you can. Good luck.

Wasn’t me. I don’t like doing attendance figures. You stand there and count, and then somewhere past 10,000 you forget what number you’re on and have to start over….
Or you vault over the turnstile when the ticket takers back is turned and watch the game at your 50 yard line seat and write down the announced attendance.

March 23, 2015 at 9:45 am in reply to: Kroenke ready to show detailed stadium plans … plus other relocation things #21285bnwBlockedNo my friend liking the team is still supporting the owner. If you have no skin in the game then perhaps the mental charade seems clear cut? Most tax payers and PSL owners in St. Louis may think differently. I think zn posted the attendance figures for LA in the final years of the Rams and the final years of the Big Red in St. Louis and St. Louis substantially outdraws LA with a population a mere fraction the size of LA. The attendance in St. Louis over the past 10 years bears that out too. The NFL has no justifiable cause to let Kroenke carpetbag elsewhere.

March 22, 2015 at 8:42 pm in reply to: Kroenke ready to show detailed stadium plans … plus other relocation things #21265bnwBlockedI understand but that is not me. When Bidwill flew the coop while bashing St. Louis fans I didn’t watch the NFL for 7 years and delighted in the news of his failure in Phoenix that lasted 20 years. I became a reluctant Rams fan as I really wanted an expansion team and believe to this day the Jags should have been the St. Louis Stallions and this crap wouldn’t be happening today. No doubt the NFL brass thinks so too.
I find it obscene that a billionaire demands the public fund their stadium again after only 20 years then says he will privately finance a much more expensive stadium elsewhere? Busch II was 40 years old and the Arena was at least 70 years old. Such huge investments shouldn’t be treated as disposable. The publicly owned Packers still play fine in Lambeau Field.

March 21, 2015 at 12:07 pm in reply to: How do people feel about Foles right now, before anything else happens? #21191bnwBlockedI’m glad not to be wondering how long our QB will play until he is on IR. Foles is a fresh start.
Foles has missed 37% of his capable starts (concussion, broken hand and collar bone) Foles is no Lou Gerhig or Cal Ripken.
I understand the reasoning for the trade (bradford not restructuring salary) thus my gut tells me, Bradford wanted to get out of STL and play in a football city.
IMO Rams still need a QB.
Foles may be that QB. It is to the point of worrying about Bradford getting hurt breaking the huddle.
