    The Whiners looked like crap and lost 34-0 in the initial first game at Levi Stadium. If Bradford had put up the kind of numbers that Kapernick did today they’d be calling for his release.

    I know it was Denver and the whole NFC West, seems to want to keep things close to the vest and all, but I really think SF’s D is kinda in trouble without Aldon Smith, Navarro Bowman, with an aging DE and the NT out for the year who they haven’t yet been able to replace. I fully expect them to sign someone if they can swing it.

    Btw, did we ever hear about the length of Aldon Smith’s suspension? I keep hoping 7 or 8 games so we don’t see him. I don’t care at this point. Let the other teams deal without their best players for a change…

    Mac, I have not details on Aldon Smith but for the Whiners to get spanked like that in the 1st game of their new stadium is amazing. You think they would have been pumped for the new stadium and that they were playing Manning and the Broncos. Broncos are not wasting time on experimenting like the Rams and other teams are. They know what their team is and they are getting them ready to win in the regular season. I wish sometimes that like George Allen use to be able to do that Fisher would identify his starters and 2nd teamers early and play the team during the pre-season with the idea of having them sharp for the opening bell.

    I don’t understand this WE HAVE TO EXPERIMENT stuff.

    Every time they play a game or step on the practice field they risk injuries, so why be so cautious? The team needs to hone their skills and timing to get off to a fast start.
