The #Rams made five trades last year involving sixth-round draft picks. They ended up with four picks in that round after all that maneuvering. I have a feeling the third round this year might be similarly manipulated by Les Snead and his grouphttp://theramshuddle.com/trh-blog/wp-admin/

The Rams have announced their preseason schedule: Week 1 @ Raiders (Aug. 8-10), Week 2 vs. Cowboys in Hawaii (Aug. 17), Week 3 vs. Broncos (Aug 22-24), Week 4 @ Texans (Aug. 29-31). Sean McVay said at NFL Owner’s Meetings that he does not intend to play starters in preseason, but will hold joint practices with opponents. This schedule appears to lend itself to those combined workouts.

We now know who the #Rams will play in the preseason. The question now is, how many of their starters will actually take the field? Hint: Don’t expect a repeat of the 2018 preseason.

We are now at over 30 AAF players that have signed with an NFL team. That’s awesome.

Bill Polian said on @SiriusXMNFL that @TheAAF personnel folks were hopeful that 40 players ended up signing with the #NFL after the season ended. Looks like that number will be exceeded.

The Rams intend to sign QB John Wolford, per source. Wolford most recently played for the Arizona Hotshots in the AAF. He becomes becomes fourth QB on roster behind Goff, Bortles and Brandon Allen.

#Rams have reportedly had 19 private visits so far. They get 11 more.

    Vincent Bonsignore@VinnyBonsignore
They also officially met with 60 players at the combine

@VinnyBonsignore How likely is it that the Rams spend the 31st pick on a player they haven’t met in person? How much can we read into the list of players they met at the Senior Bowl, combine, private meetings, etc? What if Lawrence or Bradbury are there but have not met w/ LAR?

    Vincent Bonsignore@VinnyBonsignore
It would be unusual for them to take a player at that point that they haven’t had interaction with

Thanks, Vinny. Do you have a feel for the Rams confidence level in Allen at C?

    Vincent Bonsignore@VinnyBonsignore
There was consistent talk last year that he was being viewed as their next starting center. So high. It’s up to him to now validate that confidence
