    1 Improve Run Defense. How? I dunno, draft a big fat DT ?

    2 Improve Redzone Offense. How? I dunno.

    3. Quality depth on OLine. Draft/sign some players.

    4. Sign Donald, Joyner, Watkins, Quinn.

    5. Draft lots of good CBs and a LB.

    Is that about it?

    I think you nailed it, more or less.

    Rams might want to draft a bigger DT to rotate with Brockers or pair with him at certain times to strengthen the run defense up the middle. Maybe a more natural ILB will help.
    On the offensive line, I think we need to draft the “center of the future” to replace Sullivan in a couple of years, unless one of the backup guards can shift over. LOT can wait until next draft.
    CBs and Safeties kinda depends on what we do with our own free agents. Replace some, hopefully we keep the best ones like Joyner and Robey-Coleman; maybe Davis.

    One thing you missed, our long snapper is a UFA. I hope you don’t expect Hekker to snap the ball to himself?

    IMO.

    They need (in no particular order) CBs, OL including LOT, one good NT (Brockers stays at end), and to sign Donald, Joyner, and Watkins.

    Quinn is already signed. So with Quinn, they need do nothing, except keep him as is.

    If it can be fit in, since we don’t know about Everett and I don’t hold out much hope for Higbee, I would say TE also.

    I don’t see them spending big $$$ on FAs.

    But low-budget FAs, and “ronin” (young veterans cut by other teams)—I would like to see some OL added that way, too. Guys like Garrett Reynolds back a few years ago.
