AgamemnonParticipant(On if Bailey came off the suspended list)
“He did. We’re working right now with the league. We’re probably going to put him on NFI, a non-football injury, since that’s what it is. We’ll take care of Sted – that’s our intention. Yeah, he comes off, he’s eligible to play. By no means is he in any kind of condition to play right now.”(On Bailey’s status)
“He’s doing better. He’s doing better, yeah. Thanks for asking. It puts a smile on my face when I get to think about him and where he’s at right now.”(On if there could be any long range issues beyond this season for Bailey)
“Are you asking is there a potential that he doesn’t return to play? Yes, there is that potential. We don’t know. It is just going to take some time.”(On if those issues are health related for Bailey’s return)
“Yes, from a health standpoint, there’s a chance that he doesn’t play. However, based on what he’s done over the last 10 days, he may surprise everybody.”(On if Bailey is making good progress in his recovery)
“Yes.”This is from Fisher’s press conference. http://www.stlouisrams.com/videos/videos/Jeff-Fisher-Press-Conference—127/bb06d09b-1d80-4c1a-b593-39ecfff5a415

AgamemnonParticipantOh by the way, the Rams currently hold down the No. 8 overall pick in the 2016 draft.
— Jim Thomas (@jthom1) December 7, 2015
This stuff is figured differently at different places. GBN for example does this: Note: Opponents’ W-L % is for all 16 opponents over the season. Some places just do it up to the current game.

AgamemnonParticipantThe draft order is based on record, and then overall strength of schedule. If those are the same, conference record then division record are used. If all of that is equal, a coin flip takes place at the NFL Scouting Combine in February.
The strength of schedule below uses full-season schedules.
Here is the current 2016 NFL Draft order:
1. Cleveland Browns: 2-10 (.531 strength of schedule)
2. Tennessee Titans: 3-9 (.495 SOS)
3. San Diego Chargers: 3-9 (.526 SOS)
4. Jacksonville Jaguars: 4-8 (.484 SOS)
5. Baltimore Ravens: 4-8 (.505 SOS)
6. New Orleans Saints: 4-8 (.521 SOS)
7. San Francisco 49ers: 4-8 (.526 SOS – 3-7 in conference, 0-5 in division)
8. Dallas Cowboys: 4-8 (.526 SOS – 3-7 in conference, 3-2 in division)
9. Detroit Lions: 4-8 (.526 SOS – 3-5 in conference, 2-3 in division)
10. St. Louis Rams: 4-8 (.526 SOS – 3-5 in conference, 3-1 in division)
11. Miami Dolphins: 5-7 (.474 SOS)
